Avalon Heights in Skagit County
Skagit County is located in northwest Washington State. Stretching between the Cascade Mountain range and the Pacific Ocean, Skagit Valley offers a wide range of outdoor activities including river rafting, biking and whale watching. Skagit Valley is also widely known for it agricultural production and legendary tulip fest.
The last census of Skagit County was taken in 2000, which estimated a population of just over 100,000. The largest cities in Skagit County are Burlington, Mount Vernon and Anacortes.
